Dr. Sayal is a board-certified, double-fellowship trained physician at Ears, Nose, and Throat Specialists. He provides comprehensive care in the diagnosis and treatment of ears, nose and throat conditions of all ages. Dr. Sayal earned his medical degree at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was consistently at the top of his class. Prior to medical school, he completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan. Passionate about using his skills to serve the community, Dr. Sayal has provided health screenings and preventative education as a volunteer physician in the U.S. and on a medical mission in Guatemala. He also served as a mentor for autistic children as part of the Son-Rise Program.
Dr. Sayal practices general ENT including treatment of hearing, ear infections, voice disorders, parotid surgery, thyroid surgery, nasal congestion, allergies and sinusitis. He has extensive experience in the treatment of nasal and sinus disorders with minimally invasive procedures such as balloon sinuplasty. He has been involved in research published in peer-reviewed journals as well as major academic journals. Dr. Sayal’s passion for facial reconstruction motivated him to advance his training with a Head and Neck/Reconstructive Surgery fellowship through Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He then pursued a yearlong fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery under the mentorship of Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS where he refined his cosmetic and facial reconstructive skills. Dr. Sayal specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery procedures including rhinoplasty, face and neck lift, facial implants, eyelid lift, and brow lift. He also provides nonsurgical facial rejuvenation options including laser skin resurfacing, relaxers to smooth lines and wrinkles, and fillers to restore volume. In addition, Dr. Sayal has a strong interest in skin cancer care, from diagnosis to treatment and reconstructive facial plastic surgery to restore his patients’ appearance following MOHS surgery. |

Melissa completed her training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine residency program in 1996 and has been in private practice since that time. She is the founder of Montgomery County ENT Institute. The practice is general ENT with a focus in sinus and allergy disorders. Dr. Schwartz is also a fellow of the AAOA.

Dr. Skelton graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He then completed his Transitional Internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California, and went on to training and work as a Naval Flight Surgeon with F-18 squadrons off the the aircraft carrier USS Stennis. Dr. Skelton was selected in 2002 for training in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, and completed his 5 years of training at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. He was transferred to the Naval Hospital in Yokosuka, Japan until 2010, during which time he directed the Japanese Internship Program in addition to his clinical responsibilities. Dr. Skelton was then assigned to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton back in San Diego, and was selected by his peers to be the Chief Medical Officer and Chair of the Executive Medical Committee from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Skelton retired from military service in 2018, and joined ENT Associates of San Diego in La Mesa and Escondido, California where he continues to practice general otolaryngology with emphases on thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy, sinus surgery, functional septorhinoplasty, and chronic ear surgery.
