Seilesh Babu MD

Dr. Babu attended the combined undergraduate and medical school curriculum at the University of Akron and Northeastern Universities College of Medicine. He completed his otolaryngology residency at the Henry Ford Health System. Following residency, he completed the accredited fellowship in ear and skull base surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute. Dr. Babu is currently the President and senior partner at the Michigan Ear Institute and has a joint appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Wayne State University School of Medicine as well as the Oakland University/William Beaumont Medical School. He also serves as Program Director for Henry Ford-Warren Hospital Otolaryngology Residency Program. Dr. Babu is a board member of the Michigan Otolaryngology Society and served as Past President. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), the American Neurotology Society (ANS), and the prestigious Triological Otolaryngology Society after having his research thesis accepted. He has been nominated over the years to serve on numerous national committees, including the AAO-HNS Otology/Neurotology Education Committee, the AAO-HNS Hearing Committee, the AAO-HNS Equilibrium Committee, as well as the Otosclerosis study group. Dr. Babu has been the principal investigator for numerous clinical studies, including those involving acoustic neuroma tumors, Meniere’s disease, hearing loss, otosclerosis, cochlear implants, implantable hearing devices, and other topics. He has authored over 140 peer-reviewed journal articles, over 20 book chapters, and is the co-editor of 3 Otology and Neurotology textbooks. He serves as a journal reviewer for several prestigious journals, including Otology & Neurotology and Laryngoscope. He serves on the board of Otology and Neurotology. He is an invited lecturer on various otology and skull base topics around the world and collaborates with the medical industry on surgical design of instruments and devices, serving in an advisory role as well as considered a key opinion leader.

Dr. Davis was raised in Central California. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated with honors and was elected Sigma Sigma Phi. He then completed a Residency in Ophthalmology through Touro University in Las Vegas, Nevada, followed by a two year Fellowship in Retinal and Vitreous Diseases and Surgery at the University of Rochester in New York. Dr. Davis is now an owner of Retina Associates of Missouri, P.C. where he cares for the retina needs of mid-Missouri. He has served as a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology at the University of Rochester in New York, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Touro University in Nevada, and as an eye care specialist for underprivileged children through the Eye Care 4 Kids organization. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Retinal Specialists, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Jeffrey Lackey MD

Dr. Lackey is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD, and completed his dermatology residency training at the National Capital Consortium (Walter Reed Army Medical Center), Washington, DC. He completed a Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship with Donald Grande, MD, at Mystic Valley Dermatology Associates, Stoneham, MA. He is board certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Lackey served in the United States Army for 25 years, serving most recently as the Dermatology Consultant to the Office of the Surgeon General and as the Chief of the Dermatology Service, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. While at Walter Reed, Dr. Lackey served as core faculty for the National Capital Consortium Dermatology Residency Program for 7 years. In 2013, he retired from active military service and relocated to New Orleans, LA. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Dermatology, Tulane University, where he oversees the Mohs Micrographic Surgery Service at both Tulane University and at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. His primary expertise is in the treatment of cutaneous malignancies via both surgical and non-invasive therapies. He is interested in the multi-disciplinary management of complex skin cancers, particularly in the setting of immunosuppression.

Matthew Lowrance DO

Matthew Lowrance, DO, completed his undergraduate degree in Music performance from the University of North Georgia in 2001. He then completed his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia in 2008. Dr. Lowrance spent the next four years at Michigan State University and Hillsdale Community Health Center in residency training in ophthalmology. Following residency, he completed a medical retina fellowship at the world renown Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. Dr. Lowrance has published numerous papers and articles in peer reviewed journals, given lectures at national meetings, and has multiple patents pending for ophthalmic surgery and other medical technology. He is a founding member of the Tidal Key Group, an innovations company focused on emerging medical devices and technology. Dr. Lowrance is also a medical director and advisor for Lumata Health, an organization focused on using data to better treat patients through a personalized approach to their care. Dr. Lowrance lives in Loudon with his wife and three children.

Dr. Matt Migneron, MD, M.S is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University, prior to obtaining his Master's of Science in Physiology at Georgetown University. From here, he completed his medical education at the Louisiana Statue University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and his residency in Head and Neck Surgery at Tulane University. He recently completed a one year Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Brian Wong at the University of California, Irvine.
